Enforcing a QCAT decision

When a party is unable to or does not comply with QCAT’s decision the other party involved can enforce the decision. Enforcement occurs through the Supreme, District or Magistrates Courts.

For minor civil dispute matters enforcement is through the Magistrates Court.
