Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal

On 12 March 2008, the Premier announced the Queensland Government’s intention to establish a civil and administrative tribunal by the second half of 2009. View the Premier’s media statement here.

The new tribunal will provide a single gateway to increase the community’s access to justice and increase the efficiency and quality of decision-making.
